"Please Mayl! Pllleeeaasssee!" Lan Hikari begged his childhood friend Mayl Sakurai on his knees with hands raised giving his most pleading look. "Really Lan? What is it this time? This is the third time this week I have to cover your after-school duties!" Mayl said annoyed with crossed arms as she tapped her foot on the ground with a scowl on her face. "It's just, this tournament I'm in is wrapping up and I'm getting close to the finals! Please, cover me just once more!" he pleaded as Mayl sighed and titled her head in defeat. "Fine! But you owe me big for this!" she warned him as Lan jumped to his feet cheering. "Yeah! Thanks, Mayl! I owe you!" he said rushing out of the classroom. "The things I do for that man..." Mayl said needing to dust out the classroom and soon tied a draping blue cloth over her nose and mouth and upon grabbing a broom she began to dust down the room. ----- "I think you bend over backwards way too much for him Mayl!"
